Aluminum strip and nickel aluminum strip for aluminum tube used in large capacity battery
A clad material combines two or more metal strips by bonding them together. By bonding different combinations of metals, the advantages of the individual metals are combined into a composite that is tailored to your specific product needs and requirements.
When applying clad materials into batteries, high conductivity is one of the most significant advantages. Besides, these clad materials make welding easier, and are also useful for increasing the battery's performance (higher volume and smaller size) and improving productivity as well.
The raw material of aluminum strip is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast rolled roll, hot rolled roll, rolled by the cold rolling mill for different thickness, width of the sheet aluminum roll, and then according to the use, by the longitudinal shear longitudinal cut into different width of the aluminum strip.
Al-Ni clad materials have good conductivity and processability. They can be directly welded to lithium-ion battery aluminum casings and terminals.
